All bands come and go. Solo performers are even more difficult acts to follow. Some artists chose to stop production and take a break, fearing their music and style, their “sound” may become repeti-
tive leading to their artistic demise amongst their fans.
Other artists step on the gas and go full speed ahead, believing -right or wrong - that their ship
has come in.
Having worked for years to create their unique “sound”, once the opportunity to be signed on by a major label is on the horizon, the production effort cranks out in full gear - knowing the relevance of their music may soon be lost on the public, or fearing copycats that could steal their limelight and
shot at fame, fortune and immortality.
