The Acura brand was introduced more than a decade ago by Honda and was the first by a Japanese carmaker to position itself as a top of the line luxury marquee from the land of the Rising Sun.

From outrageous success to steady incremental improvements and fewer innovations in styling and exteriors, the Acura line may require a major overhaul to keep up with its off the charts luxury quotient.

said Damon Schell, Acura Project Lead Designer. “With the 2013 TL, we pushed for an increased level of sophistication."

The 2013 TL is basically the same car, from the exterior, as the 2012 TL however it is loaded with a dizzying array of safety and convenience features - including a new promixity warning systems, useful for blind spots.

The TL is equipped with 3.5 Liter (3.7L for AWD) and outputs 280 bhp (305) at 6200 rpm.

Mileage varies from 17 to 29 mpg depending on terrain.
